Privacy and your data

This notice explains, without legal jargon, what the Chapel of St. Thérèse of the Child Jesus does with the data of those who registered through the site and of those who visit it.

Who is responsible

What we collect and why

• Full name and telephone: to identify who is taking part and to notify the winners. Required.
• E-mail and address: only if you want to, for delivering a prize or as an alternative way of reaching you. Optional.
• Access statistics: page visited, type of device and referring site. We use no tracking cookies and no third-party tools; the visitor identifier is a code that changes every day and cannot be traced back to you.

The legal basis is your consent (art. 7, I, of Brazilian Law 13.709/2018), given in the checkbox on the registration form.

How we protect it

• Name, telephone, e-mail and address are stored encrypted with AES-256-GCM. In the database they appear as scrambled text.
• The decryption key is kept outside the site, in a server environment variable.
• All browsing uses HTTPS.
• The admin panel requires a strong password with Argon2id and records in an auditable trail who looked at what.
• We never store your IP address in plain text.

Who we share it with

No one. We do not sell it, trade it or use it for advertising. The data stays on the site's server and is seen only by the Pascom team.

For how long

Up to 120 days after the feast, when everything is deleted automatically. Only the statistical record (the number of registrations) is kept, with no personal data at all.

Your rights

You can ask at any time to see, correct or delete your data, and you can withdraw your consent. Use the personal link that appeared after registering — it opens the page My data — or write to staterezinha.ata@gmail.com. We reply within 15 days.
